Worldwide shipping is available for an additional cost, depending on location.

I understand that $30 may feel like a lot for some, especially in today’s economy, where extra spending isn’t always easy. A discounted rate may apply when ordering badge reels made with in-stock pieces, depending on availability.

You’re welcome to share as much detail as you’d like ~your preferences, theme ideas, colors, profession, or inspiration ~so I have the best possible understanding of what you’re looking for. This helps me create a badge reel that perfectly matches your style and needs.

 Once you complete the custom badge reel order form, I will personally reach out to you to begin the process. When your name comes up on my custom reel order list, I will start pulling design pieces based on the themes and interests you’ve requested.

After the pieces are selected, I’ll send you photos of the pulled items. This is your opportunity to let me know if you love them, would like changes, want to add something, or decide not to move forward with a badge reel at all.

Once the selection process is finalized, I’ll begin designing your custom badge reel, using my creativity to curate something I know you’ll love. When your badge reel is complete, I’ll send you final photos of the finished design.

At that time, payment will be accepted, shipping details will be confirmed, and I’ll send you a photo of your packaged order along with the tracking number, so you know exactly what to expect in your mailbox.

 Turnaround time for custom badge reel orders varies depending on current order volume and the level of customization requested. I share a standard turnaround time of up to 6 weeks to ensure each badge reel is thoughtfully designed and carefully handcrafted.

As a mother and full-time night-shift senior office specialist, I truly appreciate your patience and understanding. If all design elements are already in stock, your order may be completed sooner. However, additional time may be required if the requested theme or materials are not currently available.

 Accepted payment methods include Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, and PayPal for your convenience. A small service fee of $2.00 will be added to all PayPal invoices. 

 Once I pull the design pieces for your theme and interests, I’ll send you photos of the selected items. This gives you the chance to let me know if you like them, want changes, or want to add something before I begin creating your custom badge reel.

Please note, you won’t be able to see the finished badge reel before it’s made, as each one is carefully handcrafted. The only exception is if you’re requesting a recreation of a badge reel already featured in my gallery ~in that case, I can show you a preview of the design before completing it.

After your reel is complete, I’ll send photos of the finished badge reel so you can see the final product before payment and shipping.
